Abstract


The exhausting of resources has become the main problem which coal enterprises must face nowadays. As the increasing of economy excessively depends on coal industry, the economy of coal enterprises has been vulnerable. The waste of a large mount of resources has been the fact beyond recall due to the striving merely for the increasing of economy during the primary development of China’s economy. With the annexation and reorganization of coal enterprises, large coal bases have been established and the gather of resources is the new pattern for the sustainable development of coal enterprises. Coal is an important advantage for the development of new industry. the gather of the resource is a great opportunity for development of coal industry while a challenge for coal enterprises to ensure the safe recycles of national energy. Good mining is only the base, and the key problem is how to use it well. They should transfer to energy center from coal base and realize the transformation and spanning of resource economy. Academic research and experience of some coal enterprises have proved that the circular economy is the only way to solve this problem.Firstly, I list the problems of coal enterprises in primary development after reform, analysis the development status and circular economy of national coal enterprises and ensure the significance of circular economy for strategic and sustainable development.After that, I take M Coal Company for example to compare the status and pattern of circular economy in national coal enterprises, research and make a conclusion on the main mode and strategic orientation of circular economy in coal enterprises.Facing the different status of circular economy in different coal enterprises and the main problems in the development of circular economy, financial investment and technology of new industries are also described in the paper, especially the similarity of coal enterprise and circular economy industries and the matching between circulating ring and enterprise size. Coal enterprises should pay more attention on these problems, and the solving of them will have great significance for coal enterprises to keep the safety and development on energy.Finally, the finance and trade function of enterprises should be enhanced and the project should be transformed from laboratory product to industry for reducing the fund circle period. The strategic alliance of enterprises, universities and research institutes should be established to save fund and ensure the high-new technology and high quality employee support for circular economy. The successful experience of similar enterprise should be copied to reduce the financing investment in the primary period. The last measure is to realize the green mining and high efficiency use of resource. The transformation of enterprises depends on the high benefits and the great resource. The reasonable mining of old coal mines is the base for the development of circular economy.
