Abstract


Since the nineteen seventies, industrial cluster with its competitive advantagesand strong vitality have caused the wide attention of each country. On the one hand,the development of industrial cluster on social economic effect is increasinglyapparent, on the other hand, industry clusters on the ecological environment negativeinfluence also followed, and there is growing trend. Wanjiang City belt industrialcluster development also presented above. Rapid development has become to promoteeconomic growth can not force at the same time, the environmental negative effectalso is accompanied and be born. Therefore, we must to find a sustainable way for thedevelopment of industry cluster, circular economy have been proposed as suchpathways, and starts to get government and the attention of business circles. Based onthe circular economy industrial clusters development problem research alsosubsequently and unripe.In this paper, taking the industrial cluster as research object, on the industrialcluster development mode of circular economy research is carried out deeply. Specificresearch is:First, from the industrial cluster profiles, feature, classification in three aspects asthe breakthrough point, paper introduces details of the Wanjiang City belt industrycolony development present situation, analyses the city belt industrial cluster on theeconomic development of a huge role, and of Wanjiang City belt industrial clusterdevelopment of necessity.Second, paper point out negative effects of the ecological aspects of WanjiangCity Belt of industrial cluster, and points out its sustainability.Third, paper take the industrial cluster of circular economy and ecologicalcharacteristics of industrial cluster based on circular economy, and the inner link. Andthe use of Wanjiang City Belt data validation of this kind of immanent connection.Forth, paper analysis of the city belt industrial cluster develops the obstacle ofcircular economy, and through the introduction of American DuPont Model, DanishKalundborg eco-industrial park mode, the German packaging recycling system, dualmode of Japanese circular economy mode, relatively complete summary of theWanjiang City Belt of industrial clusters development of circular economyexperience.Fifth, on the basis of the above research, paper take the industrial cluster ofcircular economy and ecological characteristics as the basis, to the inherent relationship between them is guidance, according to the actual situation of WanjiangCity belt, put forward city belt industrial cluster development of circular economy intwo modes; and according to the two kind of patterns, from external and internalcluster cluster the two level is presented in favor of Wanjiang City Belt of industrycluster development of circular economy policy recommendations.
