The research of the technical economy analyses and assessment is the study on the feasible research investment project. It analyses and investigates the investment project through various kinds of effective methods, from such appraisal with comprehensive different fields as the technology, market, financial affairs, economy, society. And so on. offer the basis of choosing this project to make the investment for investing in a policymaker finally.Through a large number of enterprises" investigations and market surveys, this thesis has fully analyzed the current situation of market and the future development prospect of the ordinary steel and high-quality steel taking stainless steel as representative of our country, has predicted and analyzed the vigorous demand for the high-quality steel of the market over the next several years of our country, draws the conclusion that the medium and small-scale iron and steel enterprises have the advantages in producing the high-quality steel and developing space. Utilize the technological methodology of economic evaluation of project investment, has studied and proved Ukraine GOR craft of introducing to transform the medium and small-scale iron and steel enterprises of our country, switch to produce the feasibility taking stainless steel as representatives’ high-quality steel. It has pointed out a feasible way for the sustainable development of the medium and small-scale iron and steel enterprises of our country.
