Abstract


Bullying is a special type of aggressive behavior that often occurs between the primary and secondary school students, it either bullied or bully caused a great deal of physical and psychological harm. In recent years, many countries in educational administration agencies, school teachers and psychologists bully problem to be a high degree of attention, and actively explore effective intervention strategy. This study attempts to intervention model through experimental methods to explore bullying system suitable for China's national conditions. This study to extract the two natural classes of a primary school in the third grade, fifth grade experimental classes and control classes, the experimental class implementation of the intervention, intervention is divided into three levels: classroom intervention, small group interventions, individual intervention. Class level of intervention: the convening of the meeting of anti-bully parents, teacher conferences, class meetings, to develop anti-bullying class rules, so that parents and teachers a better understanding of bullying, attention and correct handling of bullying among children event. These measures are mainly to the external environment to the children of an anti-bullying bullied may be obtained at the same time weaken the social support offered by bullies society encourages. \Small group level intervention by the activities of student interaction situations, lead to positive peer interaction between the students to improve their personality traits, reduce the incidence of bullying. Taken a series of activities in the research, the creation of a mutual respect, the situational and atmosphere of mutual acceptance, so that students are affected cognition, emotion, behavior, thus contributing to the improvement of their personality traits, so that the bully intervention to achieve deeper level. Individual level intervention for severely bullied and severely bullied and through interviews to understand that they are often involved in bully events, to provide them with appropriate help to change their severely bullied or severely bullied status. In this study, the following conclusions: 1. Pupils bullying is a widespread, should cause a high degree of concern. Elementary level men and women the bully the situation is basically the same, and the bully boys than girls. The bullied child ratios and significantly greater than the fifth grade third grade bully ratio and no significant difference in the degree of. Through the intervention, the experimental class bullied and bullying others incidence decline, including a significant decline in the ratio by bullies; experimental class affected by the bully the extent score and bullying of scores have dropped, which score by bully degree of decline to significant levels .
