Abstract


This article focuses on the modern university system of internal governance structure , combined with China 's own characteristics in the comprehensive analysis of the situation of the internal governance of the University of developed countries on the basis of research universities in China 's internal governance structure , and proposed reference to the nature of the university's internal governance structure diagram . The modern university system is a system of rules for the management and running of the University , a university academic nature as a basis to determine the rules of the existence and development of system . Divided in accordance with the organizational level , the university system can be divided into government management system , system of social participation , the university governance system . Which the University 's internal governance structure mainly refers to the combination of the internal management of the University of Authority . The characteristics of our university's internal governance that includes in addition to academic and administrative authority in the party committee for the leadership of political power . How to handle the relationship between the three key issues of the internal governance of the University became a good job . China 's internal governance model is typical of totalitarian mode , its main drawback is that the party and government , regardless of the low status of academic power .
