Abstract


Microstrip antenna is the early 1970s , the successful development of a new antenna . And commonly used in microwave antennas , it has the following advantages : small size , light weight , low profile, with a carrier of shape . Therefore, the aircraft is in a superior position , and can be used for satellite communications , radio altimeter , the missile monitoring and control equipment . In the lower band (VHF / UHF), traditional half - wavelength microstrip antenna size is still too large . Meanwhile, general microstrip antenna bandwidth is relatively narrow , in the 1 to 5% . Microstrip antenna miniaturization and bandwidth expansion to become a hot research at home and abroad . This article is for microstrip antenna miniaturization and broadband requirements , the use of new materials and design methods , trying to develop a smaller size and bandwidth of microstrip antenna , in order to meet the growing communication , navigation and positioning applications in the field of needs. This thesis is divided into two parts : The first part is a theoretical analysis and experimental study of the magnetic material characteristics , antenna miniaturization and broadband theoretical research to find a practical way to determine the magnetic material characteristics ; The second part of the circular polarization antenna design, simulation and testing to determine the square central hole Cutaway circularly polarized microstrip antenna form produced close to engineering applications × × transceiver antenna . In this paper, magnetic materials made ??antenna domestic advanced level in terms of broadband and miniaturization , reduced the size of more than 52% , 12.2% bandwidth do these simple , and the antenna realized in the form of easy processing .
