Abstract


The Chinese modern payment system is the backbone of the system of modern payment and settlement system in China , including both large-value payment systems and micro-payment system business processing system . At present , large-value payment system has been completed application software development and the promotion of the country 's 31 provincial capital cities and a total of 32 cities in Shenzhen . According to plan, will be conducted in 2005 micro-payment system application software design and development . Carried out in-depth research on many aspects of the micro-payment system design , micro-payment system framework , and the large volume of business processing and storage efficiency , pay for the integration of business and information services and interfaces defined , platform the difficulties and key points of the design requirements , a more comprehensive solution . In particular, the risk characteristics of the micro-payment system , the proposed package of proposals to solve the problem of risk , and put forward by matching algorithms try to solve the queuing problem of \Features . This study will be micro-payment system development and design of guiding significance . According to the text of the program and principles of the design of the micro-payment system will better achieve the objectives of the micro-payment system , making it a state-of-the-art , efficient and modern settlement system . By then , China's payment and settlement system has leapt to a new level , with huge economic and social benefits .
