Today 's software enterprises in China generally small - scale software project delay, over budget , poor quality and even project failure is a very serious problem . Existing software risk management theory and practice , mainly for large and medium-sized software enterprises large and complex projects . Therefore, to explore the small and medium-sized software enterprises in project risk management is of great significance .
