Abstract


The twenty-first century, science and technology, humanity has entered the era of knowledge economy, into a highly information-oriented era, the 21st century is the century of knowledge economy dominated by. Multi-polarization of the international political and social life of information technology and the globalization of economic activity impact on all areas of society, higher education also. Higher education as one of the most important part of the national education system, the level of teaching and scientific research to determine the level of social productive forces and the country's future potential. Therefore, countries in the world of education reform and development as an important strategic attach importance to, in order to remain invincible in the international competition. European countries to improve their competitiveness in the international education market, to improve the level of education in the country, the implementation of the Bologna plan, the aim of establishing the European Higher Education Area, unified degree equivalents and certificates identified to achieve the integration of the European Higher National Space , and enhance the EU's position in the competition in the international education. In September 2003, Russia formally signed the \before integration with European countries, the higher education system, the modernization of education. The paper from start to resolve Russia's accession to the reform of higher education in the Bologna Process, analysis and study, use of literature, comparative analysis, access and collect the latest achievements of the Russian higher education reform, higher quality of the reform of higher education in Russia the quality of education research center, tracing the historical development of Russian higher education background, the real situation, and the process of reform of higher education in Russia concrete measures to investigate the role of the Bologna process on the reform of higher education in Russia, the reform of higher education pros and cons of the conflicts and contradictions of traditional national education system and reform of the analysis, focusing on analysis of the quality of higher education in Russia after the reform, the status of higher education reform in Russia, and to find some of the important elements of the reform of higher education, open for the Reform of Higher Education in the door of a new ideological. The article is structured as follows: Introduction mainly address the questions raised, the purpose and significance of the research, relevant research literature review, research methods and ideas, concepts and instructions. The first chapter describes the origin of the Russian higher education higher education reform and transition. The second chapter on the reform of the Bologna process in higher education in Russia. Chapter III on the basis of analysis of the reform of higher education in Russia, the problems in the reform of higher education in our country comparative analysis of learning from them.
