Abstract


With the January 1, 2009 the "PRC Circular Economy Promotion Law"into effect two years have passed since, the legal system of extended producer responsibility as the Circular Economy Promotion Law of China is an important system in the first such formal Display in front of us.The legal system of extended producer responsibility is a combination of the core content of the circular economy in creating a conducive environment for both the sustainable development of resources, stable economic growth and contribute to important legal system, it requires the development of environmental protection mode, Including producers, consumers, governments and other stakeholders in the product life cycle throughout the life cycle and can be used after the disposal of environmentally friendly acts, clear legal responsibility of their responsibility.In this essay, through the five parts of the legal system of extended producer responsibility to study:Part I:The purpose of this article and significance of topics, presentation of extended producer responsibility at home and abroad in the legal system of the current research and the research paper taken by the system, methods and ideas.Part II:Traces the legal system of extended producer responsibility, Development process, explained the deeper meaning of the system of extended producer responsibility and the establishment of the significance of the legal system.Part III:Respectively, from ethics, jurisprudence and economics three aspects of the legal system of extended producer responsibility theory.Part IV: By introducing the major countries of foreign legal system of extended producer responsibility specific situation, using comparative analysis techniques analyze the Extended Producer Responsibility in China’s specific problems and shortcomings, and summed up the advanced experience of foreign countries to give the legal system of extended producer responsibilitysome enlightenment.Part V:Separately from the main, legal responsibility, supporting systems, incentive mechanisms, environmental protection and other aspects of the concept of Extended Producer Responsibility in China’s legal system improvement recommendations.
