Abstract


Unemployment among graduates in recent years has aroused widespread concern in society . In the context of labor market segmentation , we are faced with the reality of unemployment of college students in the primary labor market , fell into the plight of the secondary labor market , the gap between labor demand can not be met . Therefore, to properly resolve the problem of structural unemployment of college students , is of great significance for the realization of labor supply and demand balanced . Labor market segmentation , structural unemployment of college students for study entry point to explore the performance characteristics and causes of structural unemployment of college students through data analysis , and through the establishment of the relevant game model , to find a solution Students structural unemployment mechanism design and its path selection, on this basis , the research conclusions and the rationalization policy recommendations . The text is divided into five parts . The first part is the introduction of the article . The study found that the binary segmentation of the labor market is a theoretical reasons college students of structural unemployment ; study also found that college students expected income is too high , primary and secondary labor market, income disparities , the labor mobility difficulties as well as employment services are not in place is caused by college students structural unemployment practical reasons .
