Abstract


The quality of teaching is the lifeline of the school , protect and improve the quality of teaching is the eternal theme of Institutions of Higher Education and Development . As a product of higher education to expand the size of school , independent colleges have access to standard education and enhance the quality of the stage , so to build a scientific and systematic , effective diversification of teaching quality evaluation system and operational mechanism , enhance the quality of teaching for Independent Colleges management, improve teaching quality has important theoretical and practical significance . This thesis is built around the \management Information System) program these three basic questions , the use of a combination of the basic methods of logical reasoning and historical visits , independent college teaching quality evaluation of the status quo and problems of environmental conditions , on the basis of how to build a scientific and rational independent Institute for development of Independent Colleges diversified teaching quality evaluation system, preliminary design the independent Institute diversified teaching quality evaluation MIS procedures , is conducive to independent colleges to strengthen the monitoring of the quality of teaching , improve teaching quality , the health of the independent Institute , stable , sustainable development to provide a strong guarantee .
