Abstract


Along with China's scientific research and education in the vigorous development of university science and technology research increasingly related to China's socialist construction and the development of the national economy , its great significance . However , in our colleges and universities scientific research project management , cost management awareness means of technology is very lacking , directly restricts the acquisition of scientific research . Therefore, how to optimize the cost of university research projects through effective cost control management functions, improve the level of scientific research project management has become a major problem faced by the major colleges and universities . In this thesis, the project management , especially the research status of scientific research project management analysis , based on the theory of project cost management reviews . Second , in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of university research project cost management . Again , research university research projects cost management , the introduction of the concept of full cost management to discuss key aspects of cost management and calculation methods . Finally, on the basis of requirements analysis , design a university research project cost management system . Proposed in this study based on a university research project cost management cost management , able while saving to research the cost of changing the traditional model of university research project management , management costs by a single department turned to various departments of the whole process of co-management costs , by the narrow cost management to full cost management by the post- costing to cost management of the whole process of project implementation process , making university research projects management more standardized and refined .
