Abstract


Employment is the people’s livelihood of a country. It’s in relation to the development of national economy and social stability, so the Party Central Committee and State Council attach great importance to it. Belonging to that group that have reserve of advanced knowledge, the condition of college graduates has direct influence on development of economy、the social safety and stability, and graduates themselves. In recent years, the problem of employment has become more obvious for college graduates, because of the contrast between supply and demand. Government pays close attention to employment problem of college graduates particularly, which is not only based on the forward-looking of socio-economic strategies consider. And the public service for employment of college graduates has become focus when government performing their function. If we want to relieve the stress of employment and promote the employment for college graduates, we need to improve the public employment service. According to the visual angle of public service to study the problem—the employment of graduates, this article analyze the factors; according to the visual angle of public service to put forward the idea and countermeasure to promote the employment of college graduates.Seeing the fact that the situation of graduates’employment is severe and the study on the theory of public service for graduates’employment is not enough, this article uses exiting interrelated theory about public service and employment to count and analyze the situation of the employment of college graduates in recent years in Fujian, and find problem, analyze it, and then, basing on the following aspects:perfect policy, building platform, carrying out project, propelling focal point to put forward certain assumptions about building the system of public service the graduates’employment. What’s more, combining the socialization and equalization of the service with the government’s macro-modulation to discuss effective way of realizing the idea. Promote the plans and dispatching of the graduates resource, though effective service for college graduates.
