Abstract


Obtain employment is not only related to personal livelihood, and relationship between dignity. Since entering new century, especially in 2008 after the outbreak of the global financial crisis, college students employment difficult to become the focus of the government and the society, the problem of university students’employment for higher education research in the field of research.This article from the theoretical perspective of human capital, with Hunan S school students to observe the employment situation of higher education, analyzes the sample on college students’human capital formation and employment influence, and put forward the construction of higher education system of employment guidance policy path.Through the Hunan S school student employment situation analysis of the investigation, this paper proves that human capital and college students employment exist positive correlation, higher education on college students’human capital and its employment has significant effect: college students’human capital stock, not only with the university student’s employment rate are positively correlated with college students, and the receiving entity number are positively related; Professional choice for college students in one’s career has "path dependence" effect. College education curriculum system content, structure and education method for college students, and human capital formation, quantity quality and social fitness has important influence, For college students in employment guidance of displaying and realization of human capital plays an important role.Based on human capital theory perspective, this paper argues that college students employment problem to solve, must establish employment guidance of higher education system, the higher education development to the labour market, according to the college students trails to determine the employment situation of certain types the quantity and quality of college students. Colleges and universities should according to the needs of society, the industry’s development trend, technical requirements and post Settings and talent demand, dynamic optimization the talent training scheme. Want to enlarge professional diversity, make students learn professional knowledge from specificity towards interdiscipline, diversity development. Want to innovate teaching modes and methods, and executed with learning teaching and students of the new teaching model, to establish throughout the university to study stage of whole course employment guidance mode, to strengthen college students of career planning and guidance, the improvement of college students’human capital show and ability to implement.
