Abstract


This paper uses the theory of ideological and political education, based on the current situation of the second class of university, analyse from the intension and characteristics of the university second class, thoroughly expounded the ideoloical and political education function of the second class of university, and to the second class problem and reason producing that exist carry on the deeply analysis among giving play to their ideological and political education function at prsent, on this basis, have put forward some feasible countermeasures function to further strengthen and develop the ideoloical and political education function of the second class.Particularly, it demonstrates the second class for university ideological and political education is important significance:it is the important carrier of the university ideological and political education. F irstly, considering the second class as the carrier is determined by the intrinsic and extrinsic characteristic qualities of the second class; Secondly, it is the realistic request of the students’growing up; T hirdly, it is the need to strengthen the university ideological and political education. Then the second class’function in ideological and political education has been analyzed, it is analyed from five aspects:guiding function、condensing function、regulating function、the transformation function and developing function. After that, induce and analyze the status of the second class and the university ideological and political education through the questionnire and on-the-spot investigation, and from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects point out the problem of the second class in the university ideological and political education function, and analyze thoroughly to the reason why produce these problems. Such as the complex situation, departments are intersected, the university evaluation system and the negative effects of virtual network space, those influence the university ideological and political education of the second class in a certain extent. Finally,on the basis of the front analysis,to develop the university ideological and political education function of the second class,put forward some basic principle and concrete countermeasures.
