Abstract

Concrete Corrosion is a complex process of change , and its material properties , which occur during the corrosion process is deteriorated. Although the corrosion mechanism of concrete in a variety of corrosive media has been relatively clear , but the quantitative analysis of the mechanical properties of corrosion and corrosion of concrete structures also need further study . In this paper, the corrosion of concrete on an experimental basis , the application of damage mechanics theory , combined with existing concrete damage constitutive model , derived an etching concrete under uniaxial compression constitutive model , and the model is applied to finite element corrosion of reinforced concrete members analysis. In this paper, to do the work of the following aspects : 1 ) summarize a variety of corrosive media on the corrosion mechanism of steel and concrete ; 2 ) through the analysis of the experimental data on the corrosion of concrete , the introduction reflects the corrosive medium and corrosion time parameters , derived the corrosion of concrete uniaxial damage constitutive model , and the stress - strain curve Matlab6.0 contemplated and the experiment showed that the corrosion of concrete to determine the corrosion parameters . 3 ) using C language preparation can be considered material nonlinear beam element finite element program , a finite element analysis of the high concentration of sea water corrosion of reinforced concrete members . Concrete corroded uniaxial compressive stress - strain curve of rising segment is divided into two sections , the slope of the first ascent stage is much smaller than the second ascent stage ; compared to uncorroded concrete curve down the front portion is tapered in the segment , after part of the gentle . Corrosion reduces the modulus of elasticity of the concrete , the peak stress and increase the ultimate strain of the concrete . A two-stage corrosion of concrete under uniaxial compression constitutive model more in line with the experimental data . With the test or reference the existing experimental data , to determine the corrosion parameters , you can create corrosion the concrete uniaxial compression stress - strain curve . Finite element analysis of the corrosion of reinforced concrete members , corrosion of concrete constitutive model to reflect more accurate than the concrete constitutive model of concrete corrosion mechanical properties of components . With the deepening of the extent of corrosion by corrosion corrosion concrete constitutive model corresponding component finite element analysis results more close to the experimental values ??.
