Abstract

Water temperature is 22.0 ℃ -26.5 ℃ under the conditions of the juvenile Plectorhynchus ( initial body weight of 338.1 ± 36.2g) hunger 28d refeeding 28d recovery growth experiment , comparing starvation and refeeding 7d , 14d, 28d , fish morphological traits of indicators and white muscle , liver and plasma biochemical changes . Results found : hungry , spend tail pepper snapper of morphological traits indicators in addition to full-length hunger during did not produce significantly with differences than liver weight ( hunger after 7d ) , specific growth rate (SGR) , weight and fullness degree ( hunger after 14d ) , body length ( hunger after 28d) and satiation produced significant differences , including liver weight , SGR and weight were hungry 7d , 14d and 28d after a very significant difference . After refeeding 28d , morphological traits indicators in addition to the weight to the end of the experiment and the satiation significant differences in other morphological traits of gradual recovery to no significant difference in the level , but did not catch up with satiation . Starvation , liver glycogen and crude fat white muscle glycogen , fat content , respectively, in the hunger 7d, 14d after a significant reduction the white muscle crude protein content is significantly reduced hunger 28d ; liver and muscles moisture , liver crude protein content in the hunger 14d , 28d after significantly elevated . During starvation , Plectorhynchus snapper mainly as a source of physical energy consumption of glycogen and fat , the order of the energy storage material utilized is the first glycogen , after the fat and finally protein ; disposable tissues and organs of the order of the first muscle after liver . After refeeding , liver glycogen , fat , crude protein and muscle glycogen refeeding 14d in refeeding 7d, muscle fat , crude protein and liver moisture content in the muscle moisture content in the refeeding 28d basic restored to the level of satiation . Starvation Plectorhynchus snapper blood biochemical indicators of blood glucose , blood lipids and plasma protein content hungry 7d , 14d , 28d after a very significantly lower than the level of satiation . After refeeding , glucose, blood lipids and plasma protein content , respectively, in the 28d, 28d and 14d recovery with no significant difference in the satiation , but slightly lower level . These results suggest that the recovery growth Plectorhynchus cinctus belongs to the part of the ( limited ) compensation growth , Therefore, we suggest that in Plectorhynchus snapper breeding should try to avoid hunger or undernourishment .
