Abstract


Objective : Ischemia -reperfusion injury (ischemia reperfusion injury, IRI) is inevitable in a kidney transplant , is one of the key factors that affect the transplanted kidney early functional recovery . Its mechanism is complex and still not fully understood . Recent studies have found that the IRI is closely related to apoptosis . Currently, people committed to finding the right drug , used to control the IRI . This study was to establish the rat kidney cold ischemia-reperfusion model , explore the Chinese medicine Dengzhanxixin rat acute renal ischemia-reperfusion injury and apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells and its mechanism . Methods: 36 closed swarm SD rats were randomly divided into three groups of 12 each . The sham group (A ) , and the control group (B ) , the experimental group (C ) , application of 2% sodium pentobarbital anesthesia (30mg/kg) . Drug application : C group, preoperative 15min, Dengzhanxixin , injection by 1.2ml/100g by the intravenous injection of A and B group corresponding dose injection of saline . Animal surgery : A group , the removal of the right kidney and to free left renal pedicle , intra-abdominal incision closed after 60 min . B , group C is cold ischemia-reperfusion model , the main steps are as follows : ( 1 ) for the first time cold perfusion : resection of the right kidney , intubation through the right renal artery stump of the left . Renal perfusion in situ . Directly through the stump of the right renal vein perfusion fluid drainage out of the body , complete cold perfusion of vascular injury central blocking the left renal pedicle . ② cold ischemic preservation : the full free the left renal led to the abdominal cavity , in cold preservation bag equipped with an ice-water mixture Paul
