Abstract

Background and Purpose : aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia, AA, referred to as aplastic anemia ) is caused by a variety of factors , bone marrow failure , serious harm to the child's physical health common blood disease. Its possible pathogenesis including : the original hematopoietic stem cell defects , immune-mediated hematopoietic suppression of the bone marrow microenvironment defect . Since 1904 , first proposed the name of aplastic anemia in Chauffard constantly explore its etiology and pathogenesis . Many scholars in vitro hematopoietic cell colony formation technology also proves that various types of aplastic anemia , bone marrow hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells were significantly reduced or absent , the degree of bone marrow hematopoietic function in patients with failure of hematopoietic cells is proportional to the number of its of CD34 to cell number and colony forming ability were significantly lower than the control group , suggesting that hematopoietic stem cells lacking the main factors that cause hematopoietic failure may be the incidence of aplastic anemia . However , treatment of immunosuppressive agents, such as anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG or ALG) and cyclosporine A (CSA) , its efficacy is 50 % -80 % , which show that even severe aplastic anemia (serious aplastic anemia, SAA), the body is still a small amount of hematopoietic stem cell residues . In recent years , with the rapid development of immunology, cell biology and molecular biology , pathogenesis of aplastic anemia have a further understanding . Recent studies show that bone marrow hematopoietic subject to a number of factors and their receptors in the regulation of these factors and their receptors in combination with each other through different signal transduction pathways to activate or deactivate a series of genes and proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells , apoptosis regulation. The most notable is the stem cell factor (Stem cell factor, SCF) and its corresponding receptor c - kit (CD117 ) . Few reports about cell factor and its receptor in aplastic anemia pathogenesis of research at home and abroad , but are aplastic anemia in adults , stem cell factor and its receptor gene in children with aplastic poor
