How objective, scientific , effective and quantitative evaluation of high-tech enterprises how to choose the model of technological innovation , competition for businesses in the same industry in the scientific understanding of their technical innovation ability , to take appropriate technical innovation strategy to improve their competitive advantage , for the most good economic and social benefits of particular practical significance . In this paper three models of technological innovation ( autonomy, imitation and cooperation and innovation ) , combined with high-tech enterprise's own characteristics , through the impact of high-tech enterprises technological innovation mode analysis of internal and external factors , the SWOT analysis , the establishment of high-tech enterprise technology innovation model two-dimensional graph , on this basis , the creation of high-tech enterprises technological innovation mode of three-dimensional model, and the use of this model for a detailed explanation . Purpose of this paper is to establish a more comprehensive high-tech enterprise technological innovation mode selection method system , on which the degree of influence of various indicators to qualitative research , and ultimately provide a more scientific and high-tech enterprise technological innovation mode model . High-tech companies can use this model, the evaluation of existing technological innovation mode and select the appropriate development of the enterprise technological innovation mode.
