Abstract


Campus security has been a focus of public concern related to the life and property safety of the students and teachers involved in millions of households, the impact on the campus of the harmony and stability of society . This paper on the basis of relevant concepts defined in primary and secondary schools in the safety management of the practical significance of the safety management in primary and secondary schools in combing dissect the problems and the reasons for campus safety management in primary and secondary schools , schools and two levels of government given feasible solutions. From the school level is concerned , it is necessary to improve safety awareness , and improve security measures , strengthen safety education , institutionalized safety education exercises , to enhance the response capacity of the campus incident . Terms from the government level , it is necessary to improve the campus safety management legal system , to increase the educational infrastructure investment , to do work on campus safety monitoring , education and training to strengthen campus safety management , shared governance to coordinate all sectors of society . Schools and government accountability , clear thinking , and has a strong practical significance .
