Abstract


Ours is a large agricultural country, farmers accounted for 70% of citizens, and the rural economy, culture, sports and other social undertakings have long lagged behind the development of the city. With the new rural development policies are proposed and implemented gradually in all areas of rural Changji usher in a period of rapid development, Changji rural schools seize the opportunity to promote their own development, so that it can better serve the rural residents (including students and non-student groups) sports activities to provide services, the promotion of new rural sports to become an important force for the development of new rural sports has an extremely important significance. Investigated the case of rural schools Changji and sports services for the villagers to provide the status of rural schools compared differences in the provision of sports services, analyzes the factors that caused the discrepancy, proposed the construction of rural schools in Changji rural sports activity center for local strategic choice . The main conclusions are: 1 Changji rural school sports in the new rural construction in the role, mainly reflected in the Changji local rural residents a variety of sports services; improve the quality of rural residents, rural residents lead a healthy lifestyle; improve thus the quality of life of rural residents to promote new rural construction. 2 Changji rural school sports in line with national standards to their own circumstances, to a certain extent to meet the physical needs of the local countryside. 3 Changji rural school near the village level to provide a variety of sports services are to be improved, and the analysis of the current problems and development advantages. 4 Changji rural school sports for the nearby villagers mainly in the form of sports services, providing sports equipment, sports, sports information, sports instruction, sports organization, planning, referees and so on. 5 discovery stage Changji situation of rural schools and the local community sports services environmental factors (per capita net income of farmers, towns and sports activities organized by the case) showing a significant positive correlation.
