Abstract


Since the founding of new China, China’s sports industry has achieved great development. But as for the urban and rural areas of our country, the huge gap is also reflected to the sports cultural construction. How to accelerate the construction of rural sports culture, needs combining national development strategy . So, the problem of how the construction of rural sports culture and the building of new socialist rural areas will be combined, should be a very suitable study entry point.Based on the perspective of new socialist countryside rural sports culture construction, as the research object, to long-term is among the national comprehensive competitiveness ’s first hundred counties of Jiangsu province. Jiangyin city ( county ) as the research samples, starts mainly through literature, social investigation. Hope from the case of Jiangyin , we can find in the construction of rural sports culture some commonness and individuality of the problem, so it is worth promoting the successful experience of mining.What this paper studies obtaine after main understanding is: first, Jiangyin rural sports culture construction practice proves, construction of rural sports culture, building a new socialist countryside is the important part , it can improve the rural population quality and new rural landscape; second, Jiangyin city new rural sports culture construction is based on a more solid economic foundation and individual income basis. With the help of enterprises and institutions and social training services more effectively overcome the capital constraint. By means of series system, perfect the work mechanism and system. With various types of promotional methods to improve the rural population sports consciousness, thus the new rural sports culture construction level will be effectively improved; Third, the national sports culture in rural areas is facing the dilemma. Jiangyin new rural sports is also faced with a series of problems such as, the historical traditions, national system, the activity carrier, personnel training, sports facilities. To accelerate development, system and mechanism, function carrier, movement form and economic basis should be used.
