Abstract


In today 's era of global economy, the rapid development of logistics is referred to as \To adapt to the social development of the increasingly fierce competition , businesses are constantly developing new businesses, in order to quickly seek to conquer new areas of development . The postal industry is in such a situation , combined with e-commerce , entered the field of logistics services . The postal logistics industry can not develop without the support of information systems , information system perfect or not in turn determines the level of postal logistics services . The actual demand for the postal logistics operations process to develop a comprehensive information system , and information systems to implement all aspects of functionality through modules , each contact between each module , part of the sharing of resources , to achieve system integration . To achieve the goal of the overall cost reduction , increased efficiency and more focus on the two main aspects of warehousing and distribution , the main use of object-oriented analysis and hybrid genetic algorithm . Model of the entire database , warehouse management and cargo planning study ; distribution management major research vehicle scheduling problem , and ultimately get a satisfactory solution results . I hope this article can provide valuable views and suggestions to improve the the current postal logistics information system construction , in both theory and practice with a positive reference value .
