Abstract


Information is the inevitable trend of the economic and social development in the world today , also countries modernization , the degree of information technology has become a key symbol to reflect the comprehensive national strength . Digital education resources construction is not only the digital learning an important support , it is the core and foundation of education, information technology content . The face of the rapid growth and diversification of the information carrier of the global amount of information , the the regional digital education resources sharing has become an important topic of research in the field of education . The regional digital education resource sharing for improving the level of online education in China , the establishment of a conservation-oriented society and lifelong education system has an important role. Regional sharing of digital education resources for teachers and students with better teaching resources , the rich regional teaching and research resources total acceleration of the process of information . In this paper, the construction of domestic and international digital education resources shared were reviewed , summed up the experience of digital education resources building . Theory of digital education resources , sharing theory , system theory as the theoretical basis to discuss regional digital education resource sharing system . First of all , under the guidance of the concept of the shared analysis of the relevant factors of the overall structure of the regional digital education resource sharing system , part of the overall architecture is described . Proposed regional digital education resource sharing system : the the regional digital education resources production process , the regional digital education resources sharing platform , the regional digital education resource sharing management and services , regional digital educational resources sharing protection.
