Abstract


Along with the development of education and the education reform deeply, more and more people began to pay attention to the quality of the school, and began to discuss how high school should have the basic characteristics. In this process, the concept of school culture began to suffer the widespread attention, and is believed to be the basic characteristics of the high school. Then, people are more and more profound understanding to the construction of school culture for the development of the school and quality of ascension has an important significance for the school culture, and then, the construction of related research also began to emerge. In recent years, the school that has a long history of school cultural atmosphere began to attract the interest of school cultural researchers, and the case study results also began to appear constantly.The construction of school culture is a short-term process, especially for a long history of running school, the school culture is a long-term process, in this process, how the school culture is conceived and inheritance is a very worthy of study questions. This paper choose a century-old school in Shanghai as research samples, will focus the research angle on school culture, the paper tries to inheriting the research summary of school cultural inheritance strategy samples with experience. Paper consists of five parts, the first part of this paper introduces the research background, research papers, study plan, the second to fourth part emphasis on the development and change of sample school culture, reviews sample school culture’s yesterday and today, the fifth part summaries school cultural inheritance strategy mainly in narrative style, and in this foundation proposes school cultural inheritance strategy that has certain common sense.
