Abstract


Development of network technology to promote innovation in education, but also various aspects of education, new requirements, and all aspects of education have made the appropriate changes and adjustments. Online learning is web-based learning resources to learn a new way of learning environment because of its specificity to be welcomed. Online learning Distance Learning in the Information Age is an important way of learning. In order to improve the efficiency of online learning, online teachers need guidance and help, online teachers in online teaching system is a diverse role, online teaching ability learners will determine the level of the efficiency of online learning. This research is based on the process of online teaching demands on teachers to online teaching ability of teachers to analyze and study.This research is composed of four parts: Chapter 1 of the first on the background to the study, current research, research methods, research ideas, research purposes and research framework did careful described. Chapter 2 is the theoretical level, the basic process of teaching and learning on-line analysis. Online teaching is teaching from the traditional extended out, so this chapter is to describe the premise of the traditional teaching process off-line teaching of the basic process. Chapter 3 is the text of priority, is based on the basic process of online teaching and learning to analyze and study the ability of online teaching ability structure. In this section, the relevant from the online teaching resources development, guiding the learning process, organization, learning partners, as well as environmental design and management, assessment of student learning in areas such as carefully explained. Chapter 4 is a summary of research results, and future development.
