Abstract


With the reform of the housing system, all parts of the country are concentrated a large number of housing finance, housing provident fund, housing subsidies, Shoufang Kuan and urban housing fund, these funds related to the interests of the state, the collective and the individual workers. How to adopt modern management tools to manage these funds, and give full play to its role in the housing reform has become an urgent problem. Commercialization computerization of financial software due to its design and development mainly standing versatility to complete for a general point of view, and therefore not be able to fully adapt to the requirements of the financial management of the housing accumulation fund, so the development of a housing provident fund financial computerized software to financial management for housing provident fund and general financial software has become a very urgent, very necessary topic. The issues around housing provident fund financial management conducted a lot of research, a great deal of research on the basis of clear the contents of the financial management of the housing accumulation fund. The use of object-oriented software development techniques and a unified software development process thinking housing provident fund financial accounting system requirements analysis, system modeling, system design, database design and programming, the main work and the main results are as follows: 1. accounting requirements analysis Provident Fund Accounting System software requirements analysis, system management of the system and the accounts of the use cases, system accounting accounting subsystem initialization of object-oriented technology, and this use case analysis. And thereby clearly a demand for housing accumulation fund accounting and billing system software target. Accounting system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) static modeling and dynamic modeling of the system, establish the overall functionality of the system structure design; system initialization class diagram, the certificate class diagram and system Other static class diagram.
