Abstract


As a part of the“Teaching Quality Project”which the ministry of education commenced,the building of national elaborate courses has made a success since 2003.But according to literature research,we can find that there still exist some problems in the building and sharing of national elaborate courses.The research methods includes literature review,questionaire investigation and personal interview. Firstly, analyzing a lot of correlative literature in order to know about the current condition of elaborate courses. In addition, according to the needs of research,designing four tools to research the online elaborate courses and some people who are engaged in building, managing and using the elaborate courses.On the basis of questionaire investigation and personal interview,some actual problems can be found in the building and sharing of national elaborate courses.Based on the problems of national elaborate courses and the theories of instructional design, teaching evaluation and public sector economic,this dissertation researches some countermeasures in the part of elaborate courses designing,the follow-up management ,the encouragement ,the evaluation and second evaluation in order to improve the efficiency and continuable development of elaborate courses.
