Abstract

With the transformation of society, "three rural" issue is more apparent, the problem of rural compulsory education has an impact on enhancing overall national strength of China, the rural and urban co-ordination, an important factor in easing social conflicts. Compulsory education is the foundation of rural development work, is also an important characteristic of rural development. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in his government work report in 2010, said: "Education is the cornerstone of national development, education, social equity, fairness is important.
