Abstract


Teaching agent is one basic but extremely complex question, it talks about the power factors of individual development, which relates to the teaching process can be positively effectively operated and developed, the teaching true value can be realized or not. And it has great significance on the full implementation of quality education, the promotion of the student personality free development as well as the educational and teaching reform. Teachers and students are the essential elements of teaching activities, but students’ independent generation and development exist serious deficiencies in traditional teaching system. New curriculum reform made curriculum have resulted in enormous changes at the view on the knowledge, teaching, teachers, students and so on, which emphasize humanist, take the student as the main body, all for each student’s development, all for student’s full scale development. This article bases on the new curriculum reform, under the guidance of the new curriculum ideas, considers from the ontology angle of view about the main body displacement, the relations theory angle of view about the right transforms between teachers and students, the axiology angle of view about the educative purpose transforms and methodology angle of view about the teaching strategy transforms, gives to carry out the thorough exploration and research on the teaching agent from teacher-centered to student-centered transformation.
