Tourism employment is an important tourism research , is currently a hot research . Based on tourism employment has obvious regional characteristics and differences in Guangxi selected for this study as a typical underdeveloped regions to explore this type of spatial and temporal characteristics of regional tourism employment as well as employment growth momentum mechanism. Paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the research background and significance of the study discusses the basic idea of this study , methods and main content, and finally an overview of employment in tourism research . Chapter II defines tourism employment related concepts , a clear definition of the scope and tourism employment level , the main effect of the tourism employment evaluation. Chapter III from the time dimension , according to the scope of the three levels of tourism employment standards, analysis Guangxi Tourism employment size, industry structure, employment flexibility and employment characteristics of the combined effect of other aspects . Chapter four spatial dimension to the domain of basic research in Guangxi City unit , using multiple indicators , through horizontal and vertical contrast , employment in tourism in Guangxi comprehensive evaluation of regional development , identifying regional tourism employment size class , type and characteristics of employment effects . Chapter tourism employment growth through the establishment of power system structure model , taking Granger causality test and other methods of Guangxi tourism impact on employment and growth factors were analyzed , the results showed : Guangxi tourism employment growth is investment -driven tourism employment growth. Tourism elements of tourism supply factors is the active force job growth , economic environmental factors are an important factor in tourism employment growth , labor force growth factors provide strong support for tourism employment , tourism and travel demand factors are not the active force job growth , but the travel demand factors maintaining coordination between various elements of the system plays a key role . Chapter VI under the Guangxi tourism employment effects of spatial and temporal characteristics and tourism employment growth, to promote the development of tourism , tourism employment effects play a strategic thinking .
