Abstract


Due to the urbanization of the Chinese population and space , farmers , voluntarily or involuntarily separated from the land , loss of land and become landless peasants . This group has become the core of the problem in China's urbanization process due to the landless employment issues . Many scholars have a more in-depth study of this issue and related content . This paper aims to Panyu District , Guangzhou City, landless peasants employment problem , for example , the research focus from government policies and landless peasants aspects the government helping countermeasures proposed to solve the employment problem of the landless peasants . This article first understand the employment status of landless peasants in Panyu District : whether it is economically poorer or more affluent the landless peasants employment are very difficult , and the more affluent of landless peasants is too lazy to employment , idle all day . Then , based on these situation , analyze the problems and the landless peasants employment problem facing employment of landless peasants in Panyu District , Guangzhou City , the economically developed villages and underdeveloped or less developed villages : in government , including public institutions, public policy , compensation measures , training services , and other reasons ; landless peasants objective and subjective reasons , there is the concept of quality and social resources ; and land acquisition companies also have a responsibility . Learn from the successful experience of foreign employment resettlement of landless peasants by reference to for landless peasants employment difficulties , divided government , land acquisition enterprise and landless peasants own three , that the Government should directly or indirectly helping the landless peasants employment specific countermeasures and suggestions : government to improve the public system , to provide employment services , provide training to improve the compensation system and economic development to help landless peasants employment; Government should do a good job of landless peasants quality education and skills training to help the landless farmers to upgrade themselves to change the a backward concept and low skills to adapt to the job requirements , active employment ; government land acquisition to help enterprises to take responsibility for resettlement of landless peasants employment of the landless peasants skills training and the development of corporate culture .
