Abstract


Economic growth and full employment are two important goals of macroeconomic control , governments have taken various policy measures to achieve steady economic growth and full employment society . Since the reform and opening up , China's economy continued to grow , but job growth has been slow , increasing pressure on employment . More prominent as a contradiction between the old industrial base , economic growth and employment growth in Jilin Province . In this paper, a large number of statistics , Empirical Analysis of Jilin Province, the relationship between economic growth and employment growth from the industrial level . To find out the reason for the growth is not synchronized , and put forward suggestions .
