Abstract

A long time , the water treatment using flocculant mainly inorganic aluminum-based , iron-based and synthetic polymer polyacrylamide flocculant . Studies have shown that populations from excessive intake of aluminum ions in drinking water , the higher the proportion of patients with senile dementia . Ferric salt flocculants metal corrosion , water chromophore will adversely affect high concentration of iron will affect human health and ecological environment . Polyacrylamide flocculant monomer neurotoxic and teratogenic , carcinogenic , mutagenic effects , so that their application has been largely restricted . Contrast , microbial flocculant harmless to humans , but also to be biodegradable , and there was no adverse impact on the ecological environment , and has a wide range of sources , efficient , non-toxic and advantages . Therefore , research and development and application of microbial flocculant become the focus of the present study . But most of them is still in its infancy , routine screening of strains limited to laboratory level and identification and kaolin suspension performance evaluation studies , gene control in the flocculation mechanism producing flocculant conditions and producing flocculant , flocculant purification, characterization and applications have yet to be in-depth research , and mostly medium higher costs , can not achieve the industrial production . Therefore , the starch wastewater of this thesis, the use of high concentrations of bacteria were cultured in order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs , enhanced the ability of bacteria to adapt hybrid flocculant . Conducted the flocculating activity strains separation and screening of the papers from the activated sludge and its mixing and best optimization of culture conditions ; starch wastewater that mixed bacteria cultured investigated in the training process wastewater reducing sugar conversion and different wastewater content flocculating activity ; flocculant producing bacteria synthetic flocculant influencing factors ( initial pH, shaking speed , inoculum size and external carbon source volume) were studied ; starch wastewater the mixed bacteria were cultured , and their producing flocculant alcohol wastewater , wastewater, activated sludge , paper wastewater treatment effect a preliminary investigation . Isolated from activated sludge filter out bacteria 84 , 10 molds , yeasts 22 , two actinomycetes , two flocculation activity was higher in 921 to # mixed bacteria after mixed culture and
