Abstract


Summarizes the status and trend of the development of CAD technology at home and abroad , introduced the application and development of CAD technology in the design and manufacturing of railway vehicles in China , the structural characteristics of China 's rail passenger , three-dimensional parametric method for railway passenger cars design feasibility and practical significance . I-DEAS integrated software development tools OPEN secondary language ( Program file ) for the development of language, Visual C 6.0 MFC man-machine interface development tools , Windows 2000/XP environment by programming the I -DEAS secondary development , design a railway Car Body design and technical design of the integrated system . In the system development process using a life-cycle approach and hybrid development model for rapid prototyping , full use of the I-DEAS software variable dimension-driven features, the set of parameters and computer graphics in one common bus ( hard seat car interaction design , hard sleeper car , sleeper , soft-seat car ) , automatic generation of three - dimensional renderings and a flat cross - section layout , railway passenger car design parametric design and design automation . Integrated design on the basis of the preliminary results of this thesis the railway passenger CAD technical design of the system , complete the parameters of the passenger car body steel structure of three-dimensional solid modeling . Structural requirements based on the body design , the main technical parameters given in the inherited design , the establishment of a cross-section of the beam-column form and topological location , the establishment of a beam element library , automatic generation of passenger car body steel structure , thereby generating a finite element model for the latter part of the structural analysis and design optimization lay the foundation and provide the parameter query and modify functions . While addressing the secondary development of the technical aspects of the I-DEAS to support software under the Windows platform . The system to better meet the requirements of the railway passenger car program design and technical design , improve design efficiency , shorten product design cycles , improve product design quality , on this basis , further development can be achieved based on the three-dimensional railway passenger car design , technical design and construction design of integrated design system that allows the design level of the bus to get a new improvement .
