Objective: To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis and evaluation of lower extremity arterial disease clinical value . MATERIALS AND METHODS: 20 patients with clinically suspected lower extremity arterial disease patients were randomly divided into two groups , row CT angiography . Scan range from the level of the renal artery to the plantar the contrast agent automatically stimulate scan technology to determine the delayed scan time after contrast injection . Contrast agent injection rate of 3.0ml / s, another group of 4.0ml / s. The obtained image incoming workstation for post-processing , and compare two sets of the original image and the post - processed image . 2 , of scanning parameters match the application after the above comparison screened on the lower extremity arterial disease in 33 cases confirmed by DSA CT angiography and DSA images of CTA image comparison : patients on each side of the lower extremity arteries divided into 11 segments in accordance with peripheral vascular stenosis 5 method to evaluate the degree of stenosis ; ( 2 ) DSA vascular normal and shows the degree of stenosis and occlusion , compare each segment DSA and CTA imaging data , respectively, the number of CTA and DSA in stenosis or occlusion of the number of each segment , respectively, calculated CTA sensitivity, specificity , and accuracy of the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease . ( 3 ) obtained data , application of Kappa inspection method for statistical analysis of CTA and DSA test results of two independent methods , analysis . Results: 1 , the injection rate of 4.0ml / s vascular enhancement effect and the reconstructed image quality is much better than the injection rate of 3.0ml / s by .
