Abstract


Objective: To ignore the current situation of Wuhan City preschoolers to explore the influencing factors of urban preschoolers ignored, and provide a scientific basis for the development of the children neglect prevention strategies and interventions. Methods: cluster survey three kindergarten preschool children in Wuhan City, Wuhan City preschoolers growth environment and related factors questionnaire conducted a questionnaire survey, Epidata3.0 establish a database, completed with SPSS12.0 statistical analysis. Results: (1) descriptive analysis: (1) A total of 1154 pre-school children, including 637 boys and 517 girls, the male to female ratio of 1.23:1; ② preschoolers neglect rate of 24.96%, the total neglect of 40.72 . Total neglect of children of different ages rate, 5-year-old group was the highest, the lowest 4-year-old group, but no difference in the total neglect of degrees; There was no difference of the total the neglect rate and total neglect of children of different gender; (3) different gender children's safety and emotional neglect rate highest the boys medical neglect of the lowest rates, neglect of girls' education, the lowest rate; degree of education and physical neglect, emotional neglect is the lightest. 3-year-old group education and medical neglect of the highest rates of 6-year-old group was the lowest; 6-year-old group emotional neglect and educational neglect heaviest, the lightest 4-year-old group. 77.78% of children by 2 and neglect, 11.12% of the children as well as by more than 4 and ignored. (2) non-conditional logistic regression analysis, ignore the factors associated with children: the mother's education, parents and kindergarten communication difficulties others to help the situation, the parents usually attitudes towards children, the children make mistakes, parental attitudes, the closeness of the children and parents, the father scolding children, child character. (3) Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that factors associated with child neglect: the mother's education, parents and kindergarten communication difficulties others to help the situation, the parents usually attitudes towards children, the children make mistakes, parental attitudes, parenting attitude, the mother over the weekend to play with children. Conclusion: Wuhan City preschoolers higher rate of neglect, neglect heavier, should attach great importance to cause social and family. Child neglect of family and child factors, the need to carry out publicity and education to improve awareness and understanding of children ignore the problem; established to prevent children ignore the health care network, to carry out monitoring and inspection work; update the concept of parenting, to strengthen their own learning, to establish a good parent-child relationship, develop good education; enhance communication between home and kindergarten, a comprehensive understanding of the situation of children in a timely manner.
