Abstract


With the rapid development of computer technology and related fields , the e-government on the actual work has played an increasingly important role . It is no exaggeration to say that if the lack of means of electronic information technology , or because of security problems result in e-government system is unable to properly run a large number of government departments will be completely unable to carry out normal work directly to local economic development bring huge negative impact . Therefore, to discuss the security issues of e-government is a very timely and necessary . Based on this , this paper presents the e-government system security solutions and ideas . Large or small the goal of a security plan , but all of the security plan includes three main principles: availability , integrity and confidentiality . These principles are called to AIC security principles . These principles vary by system , because their security goals and needs will vary . Potentially dangerous security control mechanisms and security measures are implemented in order to provide one or more of these principles , all of the risks , threats and weaknesses are that they can cause one or all of the AIC indicators the degree to measure . Availability refers to the systems and networks should provide appropriate capacity , which run in a predictable manner acceptable performance level . Integrity is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information and systems , and to prohibit unauthorized data modification . Provide a guarantee confidentiality in each data processing, and can enhance the capacity of the necessary level of security to prevent unauthorized leakage of information on the cross point are .
