Abstract


In today 's economic globalization and rapidly changing business environment , the procurement has also undergone a fundamental change. Procurement is no longer just seen as an operational level functions , and is involved in an integral part of the company 's strategic decision-making ; no longer just be seen as a way to reduce costs , but also an important value-added process ; no longer just be seen as the day-to-day work of the procurement staff , but also the need of the various relevant departments to actively participate in a comprehensive management process ; no longer confined to a particular country or region , but to transcend national borders and free trade zones boundaries global sourcing supply. Management practice, in order to gain a competitive advantage , procurement staff , in particular the requirements of the procurement management staff also will be a fundamental change is no longer just required the procurement management personnel to deal with transactional paperwork , but requires them to have a strategy vision, assist and participate in the company 's top management on strategic alliances, strategic acquisitions and other major choice , thus ensuring the procurement management play an important role in the company's operations . In this thesis, the use of procurement management and supply chain management theory , combined with the specific conditions of the Changchun City of Victoria AG from our internal procurement management and is based on two levels of the social value chain analysis , the main research procurement management of the Fourth Ring AG team building , information sharing, the procurement outsourcing management, supplier management, procurement strategic coalition building and other aspects . In order to establish and improve the procurement management system of the Changchun City of Victoria AG made ??pave the way , at the same time for the same type of enterprise procurement management to provide some reference .
