Abstract


Genetic algorithm is an optimization algorithm, the rise in recent years received wide attention in the field of computer science and optimize the design simple, adaptability and other characteristics , is an analog of biological evolution theory bionics algorithm . In function optimization , combinatorial optimization , artificial intelligence, image processing and other fields has been widely used. Based on extensive reading of the literature and research on genetic algorithm and its structural optimization applications for the analysis and synthesis of the basic concepts of structural optimization design , the main features were introduced on Genetic Algorithm mathematical modeling, structural optimization design constraints processing , the topology test several key factors and topology analysis are summarized in the analysis and research . On the basis of analysis of the existing genetic algorithm , the truss structure , the improved algorithm . Improved global search algorithm optimized solution space , effectively maintain the diversity of the population , prevent precocious obtained local optimal solution and speed up the convergence . Truss topology optimization , genetic algorithm improvements , the formation of an efficient and comprehensive genetic algorithm . Variable size and topology variable in a cross-sectional size and topology of the truss hybrid design , the binary coding, crossover and mutation , First Solution truss topology and the cross-sectional size of the lever member . The size variable coding accuracy appropriate to reduce , in order to accelerate the speed of convergence of the algorithm . New parent , in order to prevent falling into local optimal solution , a portion of the initial solution and then re-encoding of the cross-sectional dimension , to search a high dimensional accuracy . The example shows that the truss topology optimization algorithm for discrete variables is fast and efficient .
