Abstract


With the development of global integration, it’s more and more important to study how domestic enterprises walk out and participate in the international competition. As an important part of national economy, Aluminum industry provides a great motive force and offers indispensable products for people’s daily life. As foreign and domestic competition environment changes, especially more and more multinational aluminum groups to access, increased domestic aluminum especially aluminum processing industry market competition. It’s a wake-up call for domestic aluminum enterprises, forcing home aluminum processing enterprises adjust their strategy, change ideological and seek development in the international market. So it’s necessary to study the global competition strategy for aluminum enterprises.After summarizing the existing relevant theories both home and abroad, the paper analyzes the motive of participating international competition and studies the factors effect international competition. Then the paper makes sure the environment both industry and CLGF corporation, gets the competition strategy of CLGF after SWOT analysis.From the angle of theory and empirical analysis, the paper discusses the domestic aluminum industry enterprises how to respond to the international challenges and select the appropriate international competition strategy. It could provide a certain international support for the same type’s domestic enterprises.
