Abstract
|
Objective: The use of laparoscopic surgery to treat ectopic pregnancy is increasing because of its advantages, including minimum surgical incision, resume quickly, no scar, and shorter hospital stays as compared with more traditional surgical methods. Such virtue has been realized among doctors and patients. But comparison with other ways its effect on metabolic and stress responses have no deeply research at present. Present study was done to compare the metabolic and stress responses between open surgery and laparoscopic surgery, also to evaluate their significance in postoperative recovery simultaneously. Patients were divided into two groups, laparoscopic surgery and open surgery. Measure the change of cortisol, thyroid related hormones(FT3、FT4、TSH), liver enzymes (ALT、AST) at different sampling time point during perioperative period to evaluate different operative approach’s effect on stress and metabolism of patients. Methods: With clinical diagnosis and permitting criterion, ectopic pregnancy patients were assigned to laparoscopic surgery(LS n=31) and open surgery(OS n=27).There is no statistic difference between two groups on age, size of bump,β
