Abstract


Mathematical Competition is an effective complement to mathematics teaching, and it is irreplaceable in developing interest in learning mathematics and training thinking.This study is based on previous study, take literature analysis as the main research method,and analyze typical examples, targeted to Mathematical competition for middle school,Quadratic multinomial as foundation,Quadratic function as an anchor, take "Four quadratic" as construction of the core system, and based on the "Four quadratic", then radiate to other content related, such as finding the value of algebraic,solving equations,proving inequality and so on,aim to create a larger and more complete system. That the competition problem on Quadratic equation, Quadratic inequalities and Quadratic function will be classified comb, and be analyzed solutions, angle of thinking, and applications in other contents in this study. Opinions of experts in existing literature will be into this study.It was found in analysis of the literature that the competition problem is more and more comprehensive. There is a trend that the comprehensive of competition problem is from integrated within the discipline to cross-disciplinary, then Higher level thinking, methods and techniques are needed. According to that, several competition problems will be prepared to reference for readers. Hope that this study will be help to the teachers counseling competition, students participating, and math enthusiasts and be good for Mathematical Competition’s proposition and problem-solving.
