Abstract


At present in China , coal mine accident happenes frequently, which is caused by the gas explosions, accounting for more than 50%. If we want to avoid the production safety accidents, accurate and fast detection of methane gas concentration are the key.Currently on the market, light interference methane measuring instruments is the mainstream. It has high precision and is used more common, so it is an ideal test instrument.But there are many inadequacies, such as low levelof automation,large human error and so on. In this issue,we improved the system,and make it achieve the functions of automatic measurement, data storage, calibration and danger warning. The main improvements of optical interferometer system includes: designing and developing a real image magnification imaging system which is capable of data acquisition systems for the provision of appropriate interference pattern .We uses linear array CCD to replace the eyes to get the information of the interference images. TLC5510 chip processes the data which the CCD get, then trasfers them to the data processer LPC2131. The processer finishes the mission of processing the image data, display data and warning dangers. LPC2131 processor with low power consumption, high speed, high reliability, peripheral-rich, low cost, can meets the needs of the special circumstances underground. In software programming,the development environment of ADS1.2 and EasyJTAG emulator facilitate us a lot.They help us realize the On-line programming and On-line debugging.I have made detailed design, finished PCB circuit board and programming and debugging. Measurement system achieved the functions of signal acquisition and processing,and system reached the expected requirements.It proves that the design is feasible,and it also has the advantages of low cost, modern design ,convenient detection method and so on. Its market prospect is good.
