Abstract

Selenium and selenium compounds is an important semiconductor material, has excellent optical performance. Selenium is also one of the essential elements of life. With the unique nature of the nano-selenium and selenium compounds in materials science and biology, has a more important meaning, which aroused great interest. In this thesis, using soft template to control the synthesis of nano-selenium and cadmium selenide, research on the morphology of the different reaction system to obtain a variety of morphologies nano-selenium and cadmium selenide, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) methods were used to characterize the product. The papers main contents are as follows: 1. Liquid phase soft template method Preparation of Nano Selenium: in both compatibility night, selenious acid with vitamin C or hydrazine reduction, non-ionic surfactant polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) polymer material poly vinyl alcohol (PVA), multifunctional biological polysaccharide chitosan (CTS) as a soft template to control the synthesis of nano-selenium, and characterize the product. In addition, in the preparation of nano-selenium chitosan as template, the use of UV - visible spectral absorption technology to determine the reaction proceeded. The experimental conditions (reactant concentrations, the concentration of the templating agent, the reaction temperature, time, ultrasonic media and ultrasonic time, etc.) of the impact of change on the morphology. We can use a different reaction conditions to control the synthesis such as spherical, rod, fractal morphology of the nano-Se. Solid-phase soft template method Preparation of Nano Selenium: anionic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide amine (CTAB), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate of -6 (SDBS), and non-ionic surfactant poly the soft template the presence of vinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), the use of selenium dioxide and hydroxylamine solid phase reaction the NANOMETER Se. The experimental method is the reactant with the templating agent in an agate mortar for grinding, after the completion of the reaction, the use of distilled water and ethanol and washed, and the product was characterized. Studied the experimental conditions (reaction was added, and changes in the amounts of the reactants, the amount of the templating agent (s), reaction temperature, time, ultrasonic media and ultrasonic time, etc.) of the impact on the morphology. We can take advantage of the different reaction conditions to control the the synthetic spherical, rod-like morphology of the nano-Se. Liquid - liquid interface soft template method preparation of nano selenium: selenious acid with vitamin C or hydrazine hydrate reduction to the anionic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide amine (CTAB), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate sodium -6 (SDBS), and the non-ionic surfactant polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), the soft template synthesis of nano-selenium, and product characterization. The experimental use of n-butanol and water may be formed of the characteristics of the liquid - liquid interface, selenium dioxide was dissolved in n-butanol, the surface active agent and a reducing agent is dissolved in distilled water, since the molecular diffusion because,
