Batching manufacturing system is a process control system, which is widely used in manufacture industry such as feedstuff matching, food packaging.In this thesis, an integrated developing platform, with batching manufacturing, state monitoring and information analysis, is designed. It greatly improves the digital extent of traditional batching system. The main work of the thesis is listed as following:1. The batching manufacturing control system with friend human-machine interface is realized by making good use of the high quality software development environment of virtual instrument LABVIEW. In addition, the automatic and high efficient scheduling between different links of batching manufacturing is realized by making good use of LabVIEW’s strong ability of dealing with data.2. During the communication between LABVIEW and PLC, Traditional serial communication technology is usually known by its low data transmission rate and hard to efficient exchange great amount of information. In this thesis, a revolutionary method of data exchange by DataSocket and OPC Server between PLC and LABVIEW is realized by using the technology of“director positioning of data”, which greatly improves the efficiency, real-time control ability of data transmission. In the method, it realizes the transparent communication with OPC Server by inputting data in computer name, OPC Server and corresponding data name.3. A data exchange between the virtual instruments and PLC is fulfilled by TCP/IP protocol.4. Based on the traditional MVC system, this thesis brings forward an open source system named“Struts+Ibatis+AJAX”and realize the batching information management system, which make it efficient to share, save and transfer information. Against the traditional slow display problems because of large amounts of raw material information, steelyard information, the use of AJAX solves the problem of slow transfer speed in the existing feedstuff system in which huge information is needed.5. Then we provide a method to realize monitoring basing on B/S. In the module, AJAX technology and DWR are used. Both of these two technologies are very new. This system has been successfully implemented by Zhengda Group in its real projects. By the advantages of remote monitor, automation and module, this system greatly enhances the efficiency of production.
