Abstract


Phenylurea herbicides as an important class of herbicides, are widely used in different crops preemergence and postemergence annual weeds, annual broad-leafed weeds. The phenylurea compounds water solubility, chemically stable, stable for a long time in the environment, pollution to the environment. We need the help of the analysis by means of the use of pesticides in the environment degradation, metabolism, fate tracking monitoring. Chemical treatment of contaminated water and the elimination of harmful substances, improve the quality of drinking water. The paper outlined the phenylurea herbicides physical and chemical properties, toxicity, and some of the features of residues in the environment. An overview of the analysis method of the phenylurea herbicide residues in the environment and in food since 1996. Summarizes the sample liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase extraction and purification process before. Main gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis analysis methods are listed in tabular form. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods. The phenylurea herbicides residue analysis the still liquid chromatography analysis of the main. Phenylurea herbicides water solubility (logS w ) and the octanol - water partition coefficient (logK ow ) and molecular connectivity index (MCI) relationship. Calculated 14 kinds of the phenylurea herbicides MCI value. LogS w with logK ow , and MCI stepwise multiple linear regression analysis, the estimated benzene urea herbicides logs is w quantitative model . Multiple linear regression equation, correlation coefficient r = 0.959, standard error of S = 0.18. A high performance liquid chromatography separation and determination of isoproturon and its degradation products Isopropylaniline soil. The soil samples using ultrasonic extraction, to acetonitrile as mentioned Geng agent. Chromatographic conditions: the C 18 column (4.6 × 150 mm, 5μm particle size), mobile phase of acetonitrile: water = 70:30 (V / V), flow rate 0.3mL/min, detection wavelength 245nm . The isoproturon and the Isopropylaniline standard curve linear range 0.025-0.200mg/mL of linear correlation coefficient of 0.9946 and 0.9976, the lowest detection limit of 4.2 × 10 -5 mg / mL and 4.5 × 10 -1 mg / mL, with an average recovery rate of 100.9% and 98.9%, the relative standard deviation of 0.66% and 0.67% respectively. With a dual-wavelength UV spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of isoproturon and its degradation products in soil Isopropylaniline content. Soil samples using ultrasonic oscillation extracted with ethanol as the extractant. The experiments show that: isoproturon 1.60-11.20mg / L, Beer's law of absorption of isopropyl aniline in 1.60-14.40mg / L concentration range, are in line with the wavelength of 240nm and 298nm absorption.
