Abstract

In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS of a production workshop light steel portal frame structure overall static analysis , modal analysis and seismic response spectrum analysis , and to optimize the design of portal frame . Light steel portal frame structure is a common structure of the monolayer plant , less because of its steel , the structure is light weight , fast construction , high overall economic efficiency of rapid development in recent years . Actual project , the portal frame span , steel members are somewhat flexible , so the design of the forming structure in the normal state , Deflection is too large , the structure of certain geometric nonlinear characteristics , but the existing gantry just the the frame calculation model is basically flat model , it is difficult to consider the spatial characteristics of the structure , based on this , the door frame of the paper space nonlinear operating characteristics were calculated . Meanwhile, because of the savings steel is widely used , but will often result in the increase in the amount of structural steel unreasonable building dimensions , so the structure of the light of this type of building construction system has an important significance . In this paper, the minimum amount of steel to optimize the design of the door frame of the objective function . Papers with ANSYS finite element software structure analysis is mainly composed of the following two
